Do you offer free shipping?
We don't offer free shipping. Shipping will show as $0 at checkout, but we'll follow up with you shortly after to confirm the shipping fee for your order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days after payment is received.
Preorders ship within 3 months after 50% payment is received.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across the US, with quicker delivery to Missouri, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Are shipments insured?
Yes. All shipments are insured, and we handle the claim process if something arrives damaged.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return flooring if I change my mind?
All sales are final unless the product is defective.
What if my order arrives defective?
You have 3 days from delivery to inspect the order and report any defects. The delivery driver must sign for the shipment, this is required before we can file a claim or process a return.
What do I need to submit for a damage claim?
Photos of the damage, along with proof the driver signed for delivery.
Do special order items qualify for return?
No, special order and made to order items are final sale.

Yes, SPC flooring is waterproof, making it a strong fit for kitchens, bathrooms, rentals, and commercial spaces.

Yes. We regularly supply restaurants, retail stores, hotels and motels, salons, and small format shops like bubble tea stores, along with contractors and property managers handling multiple units.
